Seedy Ceesay, the National People’s Party (NPP) candidate for the upcoming Brikama Area Council Chairperson election, has pledged to transform Brikama Area Council into a service delivery center through accountability and performance.
In his manifesto, Ceesay outlined a number of plans to improve the council’s services and transform the BAC into a service delivery center.
“To transform BAC into a service delivery center through accountability and performance; To construct streets and increase access and movement of goods and service; To intensify the revenue based potential of the council, through digital revenue collection and E-banking; To make BAC accessible and accountable to the people it serves; To enhance service delivery and social infrastructure through programs and initiative developments; To intensify partnership and cooperation with potential meaningful partners especially in infrastructure and economic development initiatives,” Seedy Ceesay outlined in his manifesto obtained by Kerr Fatou.
Seedy Ceesay is contesting under the National People’s Party (NPP) ticket for the upcoming Brikama Area Council Chairmanship election.
