He has been true to his life while he guided and moulded generation .
Those who’ve worked with him will attest to his astuteness , kindness , hard work and result oriented personality who has no vindictiveness .

At Higher Education as Minister, Badara initiated and led lot of progressive policy directions for a highly motivated , skillful and trained staffs and students for our nation .
Under his leadership, government also increased scholarships to students annually.
As a young person, I benefitted greatly from his vast wealth of experience and wisdom. He has mentored me for all these years as Minister and Vice President.
Indeed , an iconic tree has fallen.
He was a devoted and practical muslim I can confirmed.
May Allah reward him his good heart and grant him Jannah . Aameen.
