The United Democratic Party (UDP) strong man Alhagie Conteh, Chief Executive Officer of Dabanani Electrical Company officially joined President Adama Barrow’s National People’s Party (NPP).
Mr Conteh is one of the financers of the UDP political activities in recent years especially Kombo South in the West Coast Region.
Mr. Conteh, officially declared his endorsement of the ruling National People’s Party which swept the December 2021 presidential election by winning 53% of the votes.
The ceremony took place this evening in Jambur, in the Kombo South District, West Coast Region (WCR).
Ebrima Sillah, Minister of information, Communication, Infrastructure, and Dou Sanno, Presidential adviser, graced the event.
