The Minister of Tourism and Culture, Hamat N.K. Bah has assured Gambians that there can never be another “dictator” in The Gambia.
‘’There can never be another dictator’ in The Gambia. I heard people saying that Adama Barrow is too soft. He should be tough, he should be a pepper. But we (Gambians) fought against the pepper, until we were able to uproot him.
“There can never ever be another ‘dictator’ in the Country. Adama Barrow will work within the rule of law. Adama Barrow believes in the law. You can never make him a ‘dictator’, and he will never be a ‘dictator’,” Bah assured.
The Tourism and Culture Minister made the remarks at a joint meeting by Uper Niumi, Lower Niumi, and Jokadu constituencies in Ndungu Kebbeh village on Monday on Day 1 of the President’s “meet the people tour”.
The tour that began on 21st November is scheduled to end on 11th December 2022.
