The Gambia Police Force spokesperson, Cadet Assistant Superintendent Binta Njie-Jatta, has confirmed the arrest of the suspect of the alleged murder of a teenager in Sinchu Alagie.
“He was arrested in Jambang Jelly and currently at the police station helping the police in their investigations,” she said.
A 17-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed to death in Sinchu Alagie two days ago.
The Gambia Police Force previously said the suspect was at large, prior to this development.
