Former Nigerian President In Gambia For Capacity Building Training of NAMs

The former president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan has arrived in the Gambia for capacity building training of National Assembly Members (NAMs).
“I arrived in Banjul today for a Capacity Building Workshop for The Gambian parliamentarians organised by the Goodluck Jonathan Foundation (GJF), in collaboration with the ECOWAS Parliament, in line with the efforts toward consolidating democracy in our sub-region,” Mr. Jonathan wrote on Facebook today.
The Goodluck Jonathan Foundation, founded by the former President of Nigeria (2010-2015) is an independent non-governmental organization established in 2015 for the advancement of peace and prosperity on the African continent.
The foundation is dedicated to promoting peace and reconciliation, advancing democratic governance, advocating for inclusive governance and economic development, promoting citizen’s rights, and continental and national integration.
