Foni Agency for Rural Development (FARD) has elected a new executive committee at Congress on Saturday.
The new executive committee would steer the day-to-day affairs of FARD for the next … years.
The new FARD executive comprised:
Fakebba Kujabi – Chairperson; Mariama Jammeh – Vice-Chairperson; Haruna Badjie – Secretary-General;
David Kujabi – Public Relations Officer; Ousman Badjie – Health Secretary;
Fatou Manneh – Agriculture Secretary; Omar Bojang – Education Secretary; Karamo Tamba – Social Secretary;
Saikou Kujabi – Youth Representative, Buba Manjang- Finance Secretary, and Muhammed B. Badje – Internal Auditor.
At the congress, FARD also reviewed its activities and Constitution and unanimously adopted the latter the with amendments.
FARD is a non-profit-making, non-political and non-discriminatory organisation working with communities and the government at large with the goal to mobilise and support projects such as education, health, agriculture, sports, youth, children and women empowerment initiatives in Foni.
