Police Contacted Sainabou Mbye In Dakar As they ramp up Investigations into Baby Muhammed’s Death

The Gambia Police Force (GPF) said they have contacted Sainabou Mbaye, ex-wife of Bubacarr Bob Keita in Dakar as they continue their investigations into the death of baby Muhammad.
In a statement released to the press, the police referenced that they have contacted Sainabou Mbye, who is presently believed to be in Dakar:
“Sainabou Mbye has been contacted in Dakar to expedite her return with the deceased for autopsy and further medical examination to be carried out. However, she is yet to return to the Gambia,” the police said in a statement released on Tuesday.
The police have also indicated in the released statement that the IGP’s office has initiated through their Interpol contacts to swiftly facilitate Ms. Mbye’s return to The Gambia with the deceased.
In a leaked audio obtained by this medium, and alleged to be the voice of Sainabou Mbye, ex-wife of Bubacarr Bob Keita, she could be heard saying that baby Muhammed (son of her sister) was forgotten in a locked, hot car for more three hours resulting to his incapacitation. The baby was thereafter admitted to AFRIMED clinic in Brusubi, then transferred to Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital in Banjul, before been eventually airlifted to a hospital in Dakar (Senegal) where he passed away.
