Nominated councilors in Kanifing Municipal Council

Mayor Talib Ahmed Bensouda has retained Kemo Bojang as the Youth representative in the Kanifing Municipal Council. Former GDC campaign manager MC Cham Jr. and former CA spokesperson Nenneh Freda Gomez have been appointed as the Business/Tailoring representative and Christian Community representative, respectively.
The following are the seven nominated councilors at the Kanifing Municipal Council (KMC).
~Kemo Bojang – Youth Rep
~Neneh Freda Gomez – Christian Community Rep
~Ma Suwareh – Transport Rep
~Matty Kanyi- Women Rep
– Modou Ebrrima Cham alias MC – Business/Tailoring Rep
~Bineh Marong – Farmers Rep
~Ebrima Sohna- Alkalolou Rep
The newly nominated councilors will be sworn in on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.
