The Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) would conduct Field Training for Recruit Intake 37 from 9th to 13th August 2022, a GAF statement said today.

It added that the training exercise would involve the movement of troops and the use of blank ammunition, especially around the general area of Bosa, Brikama, Jalambang, jambanjelly, Kassa Kunda, Kitty, Siffoe, and Nyofelleh.
The residents of the above-mentioned villages are therefore urged not to panic and are encouraged to go on with their normal daily activities, as this is a routine exercise, it concluded.
