The 2022 parliamentary election campaign has today begun across the 53 constituencies in the seven administrative areas in The Gambia.

According to the campaign schedule of the 251 candidates the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) approved, the campaign period would run until 7th April.
During this period, the party sponsored and independent candidates would canvass votes of their constituents through political rallies, meetings and caravan tours in their various constituencies.
