As the residents of Kanifing Municipal Council expect the clear-cut win for Talib Ahmed Bensouda, more developments and significant changes await the continued progress registered under his stewardship. For us at GAP, we believe in vigorous transformation and selfless services to the residents of KMC, which triggered in supporting Mayor Bensouda in mind that victory is certain.
For the people who thought Bensouda’s better days were gone, we proved them wrong beyond reasonable doubt. As expected, we proved to them that canvassing for votes at the expense of tax payer’s money without efficacious service delivery is not the way forward as we are bonded by the sense of humour, ideals and commonalities as well as love for the region and pursue of development and happiness.
We urge Mayor Bensouda to remain calm and confident in ensuring that his development aspirations are not distracted by the distractors. The residents of KMC believe in you and will forevermore trust your leadership.
We congratulate Mayor Bensouda and the United Democratic Party, partners, and all the concerned citizens in KMC for this clear-cut victory without fraud or irresponsible behavioural attitudes. We wish him the best of luck for the next five years.
