Sanyang Appointed As Gambia’s Police Chief

Kerr Fatou is reliably informed that Abdoulie Sanyang has been appointed as the new Inspector General [IG[ of The Gambia Police Force, following the demise of Mamour Jobe last month.

Before this development, Sanyang was the Deputy Inspector General, a position he served at under different police chiefs for many years.
