Meet the ‘dictator hunter’ after former ruler Yahya Jammeh
Gambia’s former ruler Yahya Jammeh has ruled the small nation with an iron fist. In 22 years of his rule, anyone who dared him endured the wrath of his entire security apparatus.
However, on December 1 he was defeated by President Adama Barrow following which he was exiled in Equatorial Guinea. And now Reed Brody, a reputable international lawyer, has made it his job that Jammeh pays for his severe rights violations.
In this edition of Kerr Fatou, Brody appears with Martin Kyere, a Ghanaian national who was among the 2005 massacre of migrants in the country.
