Reputable sources at State House have confirmed to Kerr Fatou that President Adama Barrow has nominated Fabakay Tombong Jatta as the new speaker of the National Assembly and Seedy Njie as the Deputy Speaker.
Our sources also confirmed that Fatoumata Jawara, Kebba Lang Fofana, and Maimuna Ceesay Darbo have been nominated to the National Assembly as well. All five nominated members have received their nomination letters, and the National Assembly has been notified of these nominations.
