The Central Bank of the Gambia hereby informs the general public that the information circulating on social media captioned “CENTRAL BANK OF THE GAMBIA SUPPORT GRANT” is totally false. Please do not respond to the request to register, as this is intended for fraudulent purposes. We solicit the cooperation of the public in bringing to the attention of the authorities anyone found perpetrating this heinous act.
The public is assured of the Central Bank’s vigilance and commitment to routing out all sorts of malpractice in our financial system.
