An independent Candidate for the Kombo South constituency Bubacarr FM Colley has challenged his opponent Momodou Bojang, the National People’s Party candidate to debate after an exchange between them on the ‘Politic Kaacha’ show on Kerr Fatou.

“I am very surprised to see your comment on my interview with Kerr Fatou.  To tell you the truth, I am surprised. You blatantly ran away from a national debate, a debate that the electorates deserve to know who really we are, but you never show-up. But you have the guts to comment on my interview with Kerr Fatou to clear yourself out. I am challenging you to a debate, if you are manly enough, believe in yourself and if you believe you are the right candidate to be voted for, in the upcoming National Assembly election. I am challenging you for a debate tomorrow (Wednesday) or any other day convenient for you,” Bubacarr FM Colley told Kerr Fatou, after the exchange.

In the comment section during the ‘Politic Kaacha’ live show on Tuesday, the NPP candidate Momodou Bojang told Colley ‘my brother, do your due diligence and research before talking about something you have no idea about’.

Bubacarr F.M. Colley replied: “You blatantly ran away from a National Debate on QTV and now want to engage me here? If you believe in yourself and are manly enough, let’s organize a debate tomorrow. In fact, I doubt if you are the very one behind the keyboard”.

The trained Lawyer now politician, Colley and Bojang are contesting for the Kombo South constituency seat in the 9th April parliamentary election.

The other candidates are Kebba K. Barrow of the United Democratic Party (UDP), Abdoulie Falie Jallow of the Gambia Democratic Congress (GDC), and Malang Sanyang of the Gambia Moral Congress (GMC).
