As the Bubacarr Keita vs the state case resumes sitting at the Banjul High Court today, police officers have been deployed with the objective of maintaining, peace, security, law and order.

Individuals attending court proceedings are encouraged to continue exercising restraint and be law abiding at all times.

When expressing yourself, kindly avoid the use of abusive languages, throwing of stones/bottles or acting violently within and outside court premises.

If you find yourself among a crowd, be vigilant and protect your valuables to prevent becoming a victim of theft.

Cognizant of the weather today, drivers are advised to drive carefully to avoid accidents as rains affect visibility on the road.

Be reminded that, citizens are at liberty to exercise their democratic rights within the confines of the law. Equally, police too have a duty to always maintain peace, law and order.
